Happy Tuesday !!!!!  I am making progress on my to do list at home, painting a bedroom and bath and somehow fitting in Christmas decorating ... My daughter will be home from school this weekend, I will put her on cookie duty..

Wonderful Christmas in the Park event last night ... The park was full of people and items for sale. The shop had a great turn out it was so warm we had the door open.

Christmas in the Park is today in Hammondsport on the square, there will be food, music and christmas items for sale.  The shop will be open late today as will all the other shops.Come and join us ...

Thought I saw a snowflake today .....Then I realized it was a spec of white paint on the window....

This weather is amazing!!! I keep waiting for the deep freeze but nothing yet...so i will just assume the weather folks are on the spot..

I have been trying to get my head wrapped around the blog as to which way to go on postings.. Then I thought just start typing and let it go with the flow.
Here goes....
Not sure how I have ended up here at this place in my life ,wanting to bring items back to life and find a purpose for them again  .. go figure I guess you can't predict life !
I love having the store and all that goes with it. What really gets me going is when I find a gem in the rough and see it for what it can be or exploring a barn for items that haven't see the light of day in ages.
Hopefully this will turn out to be an awesome ride.......
